A Motto, a Strategy, a Philosophy

In December 2008, the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust and the Allied Trusts held a collaborative workshop in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, bringing together for the very first time on a common platform all of its partner organisations working in the field of disability. Over the course of the workshop, the organisations shared stories, exchanged learnings and got insights into each other’s achievements, challenges and methodologies. This book is the product of that effort - a compilation of the unique activities and best practices of each of the attending organisations, all working in low resource settings to improve the lives of the disabled across India.

Free copies of the book are available from our offices in Bombay and Delhi.
